Admission Policy

For Admission in Classes PLAY-GROUP & NURSERY

• Registration forms for the classes playgroup and nursery for the session 4 commencing in April of the following year will be available from the school Wet office from the month of December, on the first come first served basis.
• Admission willbe based on interaction with the child and parents.
• Boththeparents shouldbe present at the time of the interaction.
• Age criteria for the classes as on the starting of the session i.e.; April of the year:

  Play-Group	2 years onwards as on 31st March of the corresponding year
  Nursery	3 years onwards as on 31st March of the corresponding year
  L.K.G	4 years onwards as on 31st March of the corresponding year
  U.K.G	5 years onwards as on 31st March of the corresponding year
  I	6 years onwards as on 31st March of the corresponding year

  Likewise will be the criteria for the higher classes.

For Admission in Class - K.G. onwards

• Registration forms from the class K.G. onwards for the session commencing from April of the following year will be available from the school tee from the month of December; which will be totally subjected to the | arising probable vacancies.
• There will be pre admission written test from class - K.G. onwards for which the dates will be declared accordingly.
• Only the students who will clear the admission test will be called for interaction and admitted only on merit basis.
  • Age criteria for the classes as on the starting of the session i.e.; April of the on year: K.G- 4 years onwards & simultaneously

• Registration forms duly completed/ filled in all respects along with photocopy of birth certificate, two photographs, one of the child with both the parents and other his own recent photograph will be accepted.
• A new student joining class K.G. or above cannot be admitted unless his previous recognized school's transfer certificate is produced, counter - signed by authorities.
• After the completion of the admission process, the admission fee, tuition fee and any other related charges will not be refunded under any circumstances or situations.
• All admission will be strictly on the merits of the candidates. Any effort to seek admission by offering a donation to the school or by some recommendation will debar a student from getting admission.

Withdrawal

• The prior application for issuing transfer certificate must reach the school Office.
• No transfer certificate is issued until all dues to the school are paid.
• A student can also be asked to leave the school at the discretion of the Principal on anyone of the following grounds-
  • Discipline
  • Unsatisfactory progressive work
  • Detention or repeated detention in a class.
