All the rules and regulations that are in force from time to time are binding upon the
students and their parents. Ignorance of the prevailing rules and regulations will not
be an excuse for lack of compliance.
Punctuality and Regularity in attendance, proper uniform, earnest efforts in home
work assignments and polite behaviour inside and outside the school are always
insisted on and in all these matters the parents' full co-operation is expected at all
times.
On their way to & from school, students must remember that the school is judged by
their conduct. Thus every student is urged to contribute to the high tone of the
school by his/her manners and department.
All belongings of the student should bear their name and class. If lost, the school will
not be responsible.
Student should attend school regularly. No leave of absence is granted accept for
genuine reasons. In all cases of leave of absence, prior permission from the Principal
should be obtained, except in case of unforeseen circumstances, for which an
authentic reason should be furnished by the parent or guardian. However granting
leave is entirely at the discretion of the Principal. Merely submitting an application
for leave of an absence will not be tantamount to automatic sanction or grant thereof.
The leave application needs prior submission countersignatures by the parents/guardians is must .
Students who are absent for five consecutive days without permission will have their names removed from the register and will be re-admitted only if there is a vacancy
and on payment of the re-admission fee.
If the absence due to illness lasts for more than 2-days an application for leave must be made to the Principal, accompanied by a certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Half-day leave or leave with in the school hours, after the arrival of the student into the school will not be entertained. Only in case of genuine and authentic reasons they could leave the school premises after the permission of the Principal.
Parents failure to attend meetings called by the Principal amounts to a lack of co-operation and defeats the whole aim of the education.
Parents are welcome to visit the school and discuss any problems about their children with the teachers or the Principal, by prior appointment. However they
are requested not to enter the classrooms during school hours without first
consulting the Principal without whose sanction they are not allowed to
interview teachers during school hours.
Changes in the address or telephone numbers of parents or guardians must be
intimated in written to the school without delay, failing which the school will
not be responsible for non-receipt of communications.
Parents attention is drawn to the facts that criticism of a teacher or the school in
the presence of child causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teachers and will hinder his/her progress.
The child will be handed over to the parents only or otherwise only to the
person identified to the school by the parents.
The parents of the students availing the conveyance facility of the school, are
requested to see that their child is escorted to and from the bus/van.
Though the school will make every endeavor to ensure the safety and security of
the students during school-hours, in case of child indulges in acts which
amount to violating the rules/norms of the school and as a consequence, such a
child endangers his/her life or suffers any bodily harm, the school in no way be liable/responsible for any such act of the child.
Gifts to staff members or other demonstrations in their honour also require the
Principal's sanction.
